Twelve years shipping product — now paired with fine-tune programs, eval harnesses, private GPU paths, and production serving ops. We right-size models and measure quality. Prefer pragmatic stacks (including models APIs when they fit) over the largest card on the menu.
Fine-tunes without eval gates are expensive noise. Every engagement starts with a success metric and ends with a regression harness your team can re-run. When corpora cannot leave the building, we train and serve on local GPU — loss curves and golden sets still apply.
